Every student has to attend all subjects and has to complete the training maximum within 5 months. He/She has to submit the requisite project work, assignment and case studies as per the instruction of the trainer.

Once you are successfully through with the project (reviewed by an expert), you will be eligible for the final Online Certification test. The student will be awarded with the certification once he/she qualifies in the Online test.

If you do not qualify in Online final test in 1st attempt, more attempts will be provided. You can take additional assistance to understand the concepts better, attend more classes and reattempt the Test free of cost.

Diploma certificate will have much higher value and acceptance in job market in comparison with Certification.

As you have experience in HR domain you may look at the subjects covered in both the program offered by HR Spot. Basis on your knowledge requirement you may opt for either CHMP or PGDHRM.
